Hired to categorize expenses and do taxes. While yes I was delayed in getting things to them, they never even touched the easy categorizing such as fuel and food etc. in over a month. Because my misunderstanding about this they decided not to my taxes because it was too much work. Now I'm without someone after 2 months delay. Also, at the entrance there is a playpen with a dog and seems to be like no work going on and like customers are an inconvenience.
