It all started out super great with a timely pick-up, then it all goes awry.
In short, it took them 26 hours to deliver my car to the dealership!! 26
I broke down on the side of I-20. After speaking with the GSP, I called Bohlen's. Although they were busy that day, Wilbur took the time to diagnose and ultimately fix my 96 Civic. He also gave me some advise on future repairs even though he knew I was from out of town.
WOW!!! This was THE WORST !!!!!! WARNING!!!!
On a trip from north Ga to our hunting club, my dad and I broke down in Madison pulling an 18' trailer with a tractor on it. I searched for a tow service and a garage and found that Bohlens was a full service shop and had great reviews. So I called them up, within 15 min Mr Bohlen was there to get us with the rollback, even hooked to our trailer and pulled it as well. They thought it was the distributor, put a new one on (hadn't been changed in 8 yrs), that wasn't the problem. Ended up being the crank position sensor...truck would turn over but wouldn't ever fire (like a distributor problem). He didn't charge us for the labor on the distributor even after we said go ahead and leave it in. He gave us the parts at HIS cost as well! While we were there he offered to take us somewhere to get lunch also. One of his guys worked through lunch and they got us back on the road 3 hrs sooner than we anticipated! These were nice, honest folks and if I ever break down anywhere down there again, I'll call Mr Bohlen.
The tow truck driver refused to give me and my dog a ride to my home. He was sour and mean. He left us in the pouring rain. My phone battery died and we were stranded for 3 hours in a downpour! A horrible experience. Really one star is too much.
The bill was then 75.00 more than quoted.

Very nice and very knowledgeable managers and mechanics that I have spoken with I will be taking my car to. Bolens on Monday! But if it ain't"t rolling, then bring it to Bolens where we will push pull it or drag it and then even tow it if we have to
