Another factor contributing to my decision was their concrete and installation partners. All others manufacturers left it up to me to find someone to do this work. I contemplated doing it myself with some friends. In the end, Peak's contractors were less expensive than any of my local quotes. More important is that the Peak contractors pour the concrete and assemble their buildings every week of the year and have relevant experience. The concrete came out perfect and I learned it is critical for the building fit and squareness with the siding. The guys who put the building up clearly had great insight as to proper assembly methods and attention to detail. I could not have been happier with their work and overall result. I was definitely glad I did not try to assemble the building myself as these guys exceeded my expectations.

Peak Steel has been great to deal with. I have used them a number times for self storage buildings. They are currently adding another building and an RV shed. Looking forward to many more deals together.
I had decided to build a 40 x 60 barn and shopped at least 15 different steel building providers. Most were similar in cost, but I felt the pressure of "act today" by many of them to get special savings. After a lot of research, deliberation and questions I selected a Peak Steel Building. I asked many questions over several weeks and the personnel at Peak always took the time to answer and gave me plenty of references. Most others were not timely in their responses or told me they could not disclose customer references. Peak provided practical guidance and recommendations around insulation, sky lights, gutter systems, sectional vs. roll up doors etc.
Lastly, I am very pleased with the building quality. Everything was well labeled and packaged upon delivery. All of the trim and overall fit with the concrete is excellent. The contractor who put it up pre-drilled all of the siding holes thus making all screw patters even and straight. I bought the roll up doors with the package and pleased with their quality and fit.
