Zaxbies restaurants are always a classy place to eat with friendly workers and this place has never been an exception for me!
Workers are sometimes rude. Odd behavior. Never seen African American workers deliberately snub Caucasian customers like this before. Truly not typical of the awesome establishment of Zaxby's! I'm crazy about Zaxby's! I'll probably go to Zaxby's somewhere in the state of Georgia at least every other day. The Greensboro store is a unique place. Food is great. Tea is great. Service is bizarre.
Good food but inexperienced front register staff and couldn't print me a reciept after my coworker threw away the original so I ended up having to pay for our lunch on a company trip
Very good customer service! Bone-in wings were unavailable...Zaxby's ran out! Recommend having sanitizing table wipes readily available for patrons to use, if necessary to minimize patrons from dining at dirty, unclean tables; The restaurant was not busy, as we dined; Clean ladies rest room!!
It gets a little busy sometimes but always nice people and clean. Even if it is a little pricey.
