I wish I had of read reviews before coming here. I recently purchased auto insurance with a different insurance company , called auto one spoke with TOMMY who told me to email proof of insurance. Did just that and they still said they were going to have my car towed and to come down first thing in the morning with proof of insurance. After I have emailed them and even showed proof. Not only that but I've had problems with the car since I've had it...called many times for someone to look at it...always get some BS response like the mechanic has 6 cars you will have to bring it another day. Wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone. Wish I had of waited and took my business elsewhere
I am very unsatisfied and disappointed. We recently purchased a BMW from this dealer. The car looks in great condition, but it’s a dang lemon. The passenger seat has wiring issues to where only one side wants to adjust, the ABS light came on the night we purchased the vehicle, and now (after not even a month of having the car) our car is overheating. The list continues, but I’m not here to name everything off. I just want to advise against buying from this dealership. They’re money hungry scum bags. We have a one year old son (which they knew about!!!!), and they sold us a vehicle that no longer gets us from point A to point B. To add, we drove an HOUR to pay for this car. Also, we called to explain the situation and the owner said “It’s your car, do what you gotta do”. It is holiday season for crying out loud and I’m having to drop $400+ on freaking car that I already pay $279/mo for. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
Very friendly people nice cars no pressure sales
These people are nothing but rip off artist . They want to sell you a lemon car . Yeah ... I'm talking about you Jeff and you Alton . Sell you a car with messed up gas issuse . They said they fixed it ... tore up again Chevrolet says that the parts were the original parts so they never fixed it .Said they take money off for an anttena because it didn't have one .Then I wound up having to pay $70 on eBay for an Antenna . Said they put us a new windshield in for 120 - $150 . Never did call us back with people that was supposed to do it ... and now SafeLite try to charge us $600 to put the windshield . And we've already paid out of our pocket $950 to the Chevrolet dealership to have them fix the car ... And now they don't even want to Reimburse us the money that we spent through Chevrolet to fix a car that auto one is selling us. They're liars, their crooks ,their thieves , do not ever go to this website
Everyone I have dealt with here has been wonderful! I needed a reliable car with low payments, and I have very poor credit. They worked hard to get me into a car that was exactly what I needed and were very accommodating throughout the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
