What an awesome experience that my wife and I shared at Louie Herron Chrysler Dodge. The staff was great especially one in particular. Our sales agent Timothy. He is so knowledgeable of the vehicles...I'm talking engines, brakes even history of when they made practically any modification to the Dodge Ram. He also shared some great tips when it came to our truck (that has checked out) for our new Hotshot transport business as well. (Thanks again Timothy). He is also great at negotiating a deal and making it happen. My wife and I were floored by his enthusiasm and making our needs first. It was truly an honor to meet Mr. Herron. What a humble and genuine spirit. His traits are certainly embedded throughout the dealership. We even received a book that he has written that I can't wait to read. "Driven by Fire".
